Sacred Spaces at Home by mscaprikell.

“Choosing to get support has everything to do with making sacred space. In fact, a space does not feel remotely sacred until you feel supported in it or by it. A space that makes room for your support systems to work for you is a healing space at your service. Getting support truly is receiving the sacred in the space. But first you have to know what support is, what it feels like, what it looks like, what you feel like when you’re getting it, and how to recognize when it’s missing. Otherwise, how will you know when you have it? Start imagining what support looks like when you see it with your eyes, what it sounds like when you hear it, or what it feels like when it stands beside you or touches you.”
